Frequently Asked Questions
Where do I park my car?
You may be aware of the contentious relationship Rochestarians have with the cars they drive and the need to park them somewhere. To that end, here is some parking information for you.
We love being located between the Southwedge and Swillburg neighborhoods. Unfortunately the 2nd German Presbyterian Church didn't think to build us a parking lot in 1890. Fortunately for us, and you, we live in a great city that offers street parking along South Clinton and Meigs.
Specifically, you can park on both sides of the Meigs Street Bridge (that's the big one that crosses I-490).
Our neighbors have been very supportive of our business so please be courteous and do not block their driveways. Also, do not park in the lot behind Firehouse Saloon or Geck Plumbing! Your car will be towed for any and all of these parking faux pas!
Overwhelmed by all the parking options? Try another mode of transportation such as Zagster, Uber, Lyft, or RTS.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major cards. We also have an ATM.
Is this vegan?
All food can be served vegan, EXCEPT bacon, cheese, and the crispy chicken sandwich. Please be sure to share your dietary restrictions with our staff at the burger counter. We are happy to accommodate.
Is this gluten free?
We have a dedicated gluten free fryer and offer gluten free buns for an additional $0.50.
Do you take reservations?
We do not take reservations. The layout of the space ensures that guests are moving around on the arcade floor or at the bar. We have a walk up food counter with seating on the first floor and upstairs in the mezzanine. Seating is available on a first come, first serve basis.
For groups of 15 or more, we offer food/token packages. Groups that would like a private space with reserved tables and chairs should consider renting our private back room which has tables and chairs for 33, standing room for even more guests as well as a private bathroom. For large scale functions, we offer full space buyouts.
For more details or to rent the back room, head to our special events page.
Are you family friendly?
We are family friendly until 10pm. After 10pm 21+ only, please.
Can I bring a cake or dessert?
Please feel free to bring any dessert you'd like, just dispose of your trash. Note, we do NOT offer cake cutting, or loaning of cake knives. Please be sure to slice your desserts in advance.

Do you have live music or DJ's?
